International Risk Management Institute (IRMI), the premier provider of information, tools, education, and training for the risk management and insurance industry, is looking for a savvy Sponsorship Support Specialist in the North Dallas area. You will primarily be responsible for providing support for the Sales department by coordinating efforts with conference sponsors, assisting Resource Consultants with executing Sales efforts, and performing various administrative duties within the department, as assigned by the AVP, Client Engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Manage Captive.com dashboard and update as assigned. Schedule report cards to be sent out quarterly, organize and streamline new sponsor onboarding on Captive.com.
  • Request and collect creatives from IRMI.com advertisers and Captive.com sponsors.
  • Create and send metrics reports.
  • Organize and maintain Sponsor/Advertiser financial spreadsheets for conferences, Captive.com, and IRMI.com.
  • Bill and collect on IRMI Digital and Conference invoices. Also responsible for billing Captive.com sponsors.
  • Create conference agreements to send to the sponsor.
  • Organize prospect lists and assist in identifying prospects.
  • Assist AVP, Client Engagement with weekly/monthly sales reports and metrics on the Sales Dashboard.
  • Support Sales Department by researching potential clients, setting up and executing email and mail campaigns for the Resource Consultants.
  • Assist with organizational efforts of existing and new data in CRM, and outline processes currently in play by the department.

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A positive and patient attitude, particularly with regard to customer communications, and remain calm in difficult or stressful situations.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Excel, with intermediate proficiency.
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience in an office and/or performing customer service and/or administrative duties, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
