Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Independently develop and execute high-quality, high performing email and digital marketing campaigns
  • Write engaging, effective marketing copy
  • Analyze campaign data and present recommendations for optimization
  • Develop and execute a clearly defined organic and paid social media strategy
  • Use SEO best practices to optimize content and improve SERP rankings
  • Provide direction to internal and external creatives to produce campaign assets

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging copy for various digital media including websites, email, and social channels (writing samples required)
  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing successful B2B email campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, certification preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (preferably MailChimp)
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies to increase qualified traffic
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
