IRMI is looking for a DFW-based Technical Support Analyst who is consistently customer focused, goal-driven, and enjoys a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will primarily be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, and/or other remote methods, and assist System and Network Administrator with managing technology infrastructure.

  • Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Provides customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Assemble, configure, and maintain personal computers, tablets, and laptops
  • Provide personal technical support for employees of IRMI, WebCE, and MindForge
  • Update and maintain user assistance articles on Zendesk
  • Create, configure, and manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and machines
  • Provision Active Directory accounts


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 0-1 year of general work experience
